Micro Rocket belongs to the mustard family and has a distinctive peppery flavour, ideal for adding depth and warmth as a garnish. 

 

Every 100 grams of Micro Rocket contain important macronutrients such as carbohydrates, fibre and proteins; essential micronutrients such as vitamins A, C, K, B2 and folate; and minerals such as phosphorus, magnesium and especially high amounts of potassium and calcium. And that’s just for starters!  

Among Brassica microgreens, Micro Rocket is thought to have the highest amount of vitamin C and beta carotenes.
